Holiday Fees

There will be an additional $5 fee per visit on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• New Year’s Eve

There will be an additional $10 fee per visit on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Easter Sunday
• Fourth of July
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Note: Regular dog walking and dog running sessions do not occur on holidays, unless separately scheduled.

Last Minute Service Fees

Please schedule your appointments at least 1 day in advance to avoid the following fees:

• less that 24 hours notice – $5 per appointment

Cancellation Fees

Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid normal service fees.

Supply and Travel Fees

There will be a minimum $15 travel fee for each 30 minutes of travel (minimum 30 minutes).
You will be charged for the cost of goods if CapeK9Cardio needs to pick up supplies for your pet (please remember to leave adequate supplies (food, litter, leash etc.) for your pet’s needs).

Returned Check Fee

Client agrees to pay a minimum $25 fee for each check returned by the client’s bank regardless of the reason.

Key Fees

Please provide two copies of your key at the time of contract signing to avoid additional fees. Keys will be returned within 10 days of the end of contract period at your request only. It is suggested that the client allow CapeK9Cardio to retain two copies of your key on file for future Pet Sitting needs.
